Refund Policy

At SumoFlix, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction. Since we offer digital subscriptions, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

1. Pending Activation

If your payment has been sent but the subscription has not yet been approved/activated by the administrator, you can request a cancellation and refund.

2. Service Outages

If there is a prolonged service disruption or server outage exceeding 72 hours, pro-rata refunds or membership extensions will be granted.

3. Abuse & Violations

Please note that any account banned or suspended due to violation of device sharing limits or password sharing policies is NOT eligible for a refund.
